Returns & Exchanges Made Simple
We want you to love your Diamond Designs batting gloves so if something’s not right, we’ve got you covered.
Please review the policy below before submitting your return or exchange request.
Return & Exchange Policy
Standard Returns & Exchanges
• You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or size exchange.
• Items must be unworn (other than size/fitment check), unused, and returned in the original packaging.
• Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Holiday Orders
For purchases made between November 22 and December 24 the return window begins on December 26 and is extended through January 24.
Restocking
There is no Restocking fee, however original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Size Exchanges
We accept size exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
• The item must be in new condition
• Select store credit as the return option.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
Warranty Exchanges
We offer a 30-Day Warranty on manufacturing defects.
To file a warranty claim:
• Submit your request with clear photos and description of the issue(s)
• Claims are only valid for manufacturing defects — normal wear is not covered
• One claim per purchase
• If the same size/color is out of stock, store credit will be issued
How to Start a Return or Exchange
• Log into Your Account on our website and go to Orders
• Select the Order with the item you wish to return
• Click Exchange next to the product
• Fill out the required details and upload photos (if needed)
• Submit your request — our team will review it and follow up with next steps
